Evil Wu, also known as Aspheera's Wu or Vengestone Wu, is a corrupted version of Master Wu appearing in LEGO Ninjago's Season 16: Crystalized. He is not a separate individual, but rather Wu subjected to the corrupting influence of the Vengestone armor.
After the Crystal King (formerly known as Garmadon) reassembles the Vengestone armor, he uses it to amplify his power and control, targeting key figures to join his Crystal Council. Master Wu, a powerful and respected teacher, becomes a prime target for Garmadon's scheme.
The Vengestone armor corrupts Wu's inherent goodness and wisdom, transforming him into a malevolent figure. Under the Crystal King's influence, Evil Wu uses his knowledge of Ninjago and the Ninja's weaknesses against them.
